DPT's Service Desk at the Student Union is located in the basement Transit Lobby near the bus stop on the west side of the building.
This location is primarily for information services only but there is a kiosk available where DPT staff can assist with the purchase or permits online and/or checking and updating a person's parking account information.
The location is generally staffed from 8:00am until 4:00pm, weekdays during normal university operating hours unless otherwise noted.
