The Quarters (privately owned Student Housing units)
The university has contracted with owners of The Quarters, a recently renovated apartment complex located a short walk and immediately west of campus, to provide space for 634 student residents. Located at 101 Creekmore Blvd, the Quarters offers furnished apartments and more amenities than a typical residence hall, and staff are assigned to the complex just like an on-campus residence hall.
