The FOUNDING FACULTY AMPHITHEATER is named in honor of the 13 founding faculty members who taught when the College opened its doors in the Fall of 1964. It was built in 2007 with the first phase of the Residential Life Project and expanded in 2012 with the second phase of the Residential Life Project.
