Our NCAA Division III athletic program fields 15 varsity teams. Acting as the headquarters for the Wentworth Leopards, the Nelson Recreation Center is home to Tansey Gymnasium, which gives our men's and women's basketball and volleyball teams the home court advantage. Among the other amenities Nelson features are- men's and women's locker room facilities, an equipment room, a sports medicine office, a reception area, and the Athletic Hall of Fame. Nelson also houses a modern fitness center with such amenities as rowing machines, elliptical trainers, treadmills, free weights, and several pieces of specialized conditioning equipment.
