Opening its doors in Fall 2010, the Research and Academic Centre – West (RCW) is one of Laurier’s premier buildings.
Here, you’ll find large lecture halls, the Stedman Community Bookstore, Golden Grounds Coffee House as well as plenty of space to sit, study or relax with peers.
Outside the building is the RAC Courtyard, a large greenspace with seating for studying and relaxing outside. This building is Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified, which means that the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the building follows the standards of the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
