West Campus Building 9 is home to the Walt Disney World Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts. Located in the hospitality mecca of the United States, the West Campus provides a first class education for fledging chefs, hoteliers, restaurant managers and tourism professionals.
The Valencia College Hospitality and Culinary A.S. programs stress hands-on experience through internships and the use of on-site resources including banquet rooms, a commercial-sized instructional kitchen, dynamic point-of-sale system and hotel front desk simulation area.
