The Math Assistance Centre was opened in 2005 to meet the increasing needs of Laurier students in the area of Mathematics. This centre works to give remedial help to students taking Math courses, and more specifically those first-year students who are taking an introductory calculus course. The centre runs mock exams and drop in help sessions, as well as workshops for students who are looking for some extra help.
