Huff Athletic Center: Main Concourse South
Monmouth College athletics facilities are among the finest in the nation. The 155,000 square foot Huff Athletic Center is the home of Fighting Scots athletics. Opened in 2003, the $22-million complex incorporates three separate structures into one sensational sports, recreation and fitness center.
Visitors are struck by the expansive main concourse which is bordered by the athletic department offices, Glennie Gymnasium, Pepper Natatorium and the Fieldhouse. Pick the right day and Fighting Scots fans might be able to watch a track meet, basketball game or swim meet all from the main concourse.
The fall and spring are busy seasons at “The Huff.” Volleyball takes center stage at Glennie Gym in the fall and the swimming pool gets plenty of use when the men’s and women’s water polo teams train and compete in NCAA competition in the fall and spring.
The roster of Monmouth athletes includes nine national champions and a Medal of Honor winner.
