Completed in 1940, Grier Hall is an elegant Georgian-style residence hall, accommodating approximately 100 women. A comfortable sunken lounge, paneled in handsome knotty pine, is its most distinctive feature. A kitchenette adjoins the lounge, and a television lounge is located opposite. Student rooms open into spacious hallways. Most rooms are double occupancy with some single rooms available. Rooms are furnished with closets for each student, bunkable beds, mattress, study desks with chairs, and dressers. A laundry facility is located in the basement.
