Built in 2011 at a cost of $2 million, this 6,000-square-foot neo-Victorian residence and meeting place houses the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta women's fraternity (sorority). Standing on the site of the former president’s mansion, it was designed to reflect the Queen Anne styling of the original house. Distinctive features include a spacious chapter room, a television/study lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and an elevator.
In 2015, Niche College Ranking gave Monmouth College an A- rating for its high quality Greek (fraternity and sorority) housing.
