    1. Crawford House

Built in 1876, Crawford House and its surrounding acreage was donated to the College by the Crawford Family in 1986. Now providing office and meeting space for the College's Mountain Challenge program, this 19th-century farmhouse underwent renovations and improvements from 2009 until 2012 to become more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. In 2013, it was presented LEED Gold certification -- it is the oldest building in Tennessee to receive such a designation.
