Buried underground the south side of the Wooster Building is a 12,500 gallon cistern that collects rainwater that falls on the roof of the Wooster Building. The rainwater is used as greywater to flush toilets and urinals in Wooster Building. This system reduces the total amount potable water used by the campus.
