Specialties include made-to-order burritos, tacos, quesadillas, nachos and fajitas—each named after some aspect of pop culture. Burritos, the signature draw, include a choice of pulled pork, grilled sirloin, ground beef, chicken or tofu, topped with beans, rice, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
