Inspired by a food hall, our newest dining center features eight micro-restaurants that offer a comfort food station, pizza/pasta, a rotating food truck menu, vegan/vegetarian and grain bowl station, rotating international station, Tex-Mex, and local ice cream.
We also operate the Kosher Bistro, where students can enjoy kosher foods prepared by Residential Dining Service’s Mashgiach, a kosher supervisor. The Kosher Bistro is certified by the Chabad Jewish Center of Northern Colorado.
