"Mother's Helper", by Derek Chalfant, is a 16-foot tall, steel and bronze sculpture installed on the IUPUI campus. The sculpture was designed to represent the four ingredients the artist believes are "necessary for human growth": nutrients, knowledge, spirituality, and nurturing.
