   1. University Tower

      Living at University Tower offers access to resident assistants, live-in professional staff, and residential programs and events to support your first-year college experience.

       

      University Tower* is a traditional co-ed residence hall housing over 600 students in double and triple rooms. University Tower offers houses five Residential Based Learning Communities (RBLCs) for first-year students, including the Honors Community,Kelley House, PETM, SPEA, and STEM.

       

      *Limited Availability: University Tower is available only to traditional incoming IUPUI Freshmen.  Eligible students are those considered first year students by the university.  Please note: first year traditional facilities are residential facilities where alcohol is prohibited in the residential areas of the building.  University Tower is not available to non-IUPUI students. Residents assigned to University Tower  will be required to select a meal plan. Please visit food.iupui.edu for more information.

   2. Ball Residence

      Ball Residence Hall* is a traditional co-ed residence hall housing 324 students in single, double, and triple rooms. By living in Ball Residence Hall, residents automatically take part in Living Your Freshman Experience (LYFE), a first-year residential learning community. It is dedicated to the housing and development of first-year students by cultivating a residential community that significantly contributes to the students' overall learning objectives.       All resident rooms include twin beds (mattress measures 38 x 79), desks and chairs, dressers, closet, window blinds, and wastebaskets. Utilities and basic cable service are included in the residence hall rental fees. All resident rooms are wired for Internet access and wireless internet is available throughout the residence hall.  There are limited rooms that offer attached bathrooms or air conditioning.

       

      Ball Residence Hall creates a traditional college experience for first-year students and features classroom space, study areas, resident lounges, free laundry, contemporary furnishings, a resident-only computer lab, and much more!

      Check into a new style of campus life that offers you a residential learning experience and engage yourself in a whole new learning community by reserving your apartment today.

       

      Located on campus and a stone's throw from the Riverwalk along White River State Park, these apartments are the ideal setting for residential living.

      Apartment-style housing

      One-, two-, and four-bedroom fully furnished units, house 750 (undergraduate, graduate and professional) students. Apartment furnishings include:

      • Bedroom(s): Full-size bed, desk, chair, and dresser
      • Living space: Sofa, chair, entertainment center, end tables, dinette with four chairs (two chairs in the one- and two-bedroom apartments)
      • Fully furnished kitchens: Refrigerator, oven/range, full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave

      All apartments are equipped with individually controlled heating and cooling systems and each bedroom is wired for high-speed internet access and basic cable.
