Hodson Hall is home to predominantly seniors. Each apartment has four single bedrooms with a bed and desk in each room, a furnished living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Students provide their own eating and cooking utensils. Laundry facilities, recycling and trash areas are all located within a short walk.
