The Knight Stand, located in the hub of Alliot Student Center outside the Green Mountain Dining Room, serves snacks and beverages including fresh brewed coffee, espresso and cappuccinos, smoothies and shakes, pastries, big cookies, made-to-order sandwiches, fruit cups and parfaits.
