Built by Mary and Julia Nix in 1925, Sunny Gables Alumni House is an outstanding example of early 20th century Tudor Revival architecture and is now part of the National Register of Historic Places’ Vernon Road Historic District. The facility extends entertainment space to the college’s constituents for specific programming purposes.
