Building look familiar. This 35-story skyscraper gracing the Century City skyline was completed in 1987. Designed by Scott Johnson, Bill Fain, and William L. Pereira, the building is 20th Century Fox's official headquarters, and has been featured in numerous motion pictures including the 1988 Box office Hit action film Die Hard, and still referred to by locals as the Nakatomi Tower.
Designated a BOMA 360 Performance Building by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. BOMA 360 is a 3rd party Performance Program that validates and recognizes commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management.
