      1. CSUN Student Housing Phase 2

         Phase 2 student housing is consisted of 3 buildings, 4 story building 19-20 and 5 story building 21. The new buildings combined houses 396 beds with recreation and lounge areas, community common kitchen, classroom, learning center and multipurpose room.
         
         The three buildings combine a total of 83,260 SF conditioned area.
